Yes, if you have iPhone, go to Settings > Camera and check that it matches the image I’ll post (thanks Steph Hails), that should help. Just a heads-up, this setting can take up more storage on your phone, so it’s worth keeping an eye on or clearing out regularly. Also, I believe Instagram compresses 4K photos and videos to 1080p…
