Sometimes in business, there can be a lot of focus on stepping back and letting things run without you there all the time. But dance schools are different.

Yes, having staff you trust is important.
Yes, having balance matters too.
But your presence still means something.
The atmosphere in the building.
The standards.
The feeling parents and pupils get when you walk into the room.

People connect with people – and that’s something I don’t think can ever fully be replaced in a dance school ❤️
