Dear Dance Teacher,

Don’t be disheartened if a new class doesn’t work or doesn’t get the response you hoped for. That doesn’t mean it’s not a great idea – it just might not be the right timing!

Try it again in a few months. Dance sometimes moves in trends, and timing can make all the difference.

Something that doesn’t take off in January could be exactly what everyone is excited about in June. Something seen on tv, a new popular song, or even an artist touring can influence dance culture, and suddenly spark interest!

Stay positive and believe in your skill!
