Our rules
We don't offer, give or accept bribes or improper gifts to influence any decision, including assessment, quality assurance or certification. Gifts and hospitality worth over £25 are declared on our register. Assessors and quality assurers don't accept any gift from a learner while that learner's work is being assessed or appealed. Suspected bribery is reported to [email protected] and handled under our Malpractice and Whistleblowing policies. This policy supports our duties under the Bribery Act 2010.
